I am a current resident of Eagle Ridge. I have lived in several apartment communities in Inverness and by far this is the nicest place I have lived.

The staff is very friendly. When I come in the office they call me by my name, I don't feel like a rent check. If I have a problem or concern they have a solution. I have never been put off by anyone on the staff.

Maintenance though sometimes slow are very good. I have had several things go wrong in my apartment and once repaired did not have to call back for the same problem.
