It is a great location on top of a ridge between the Summitt and Oak Mountain. It is also a very nice size community.
Beware though, you can find more for your money in other apartment complexes in the area.
Problems that I reported when I moved in are still untouched because they weren't 'important' enough. They better not even try to charge me at the end of the lease.
The office staff puts on a wonderful facade when your interested in leasing through the first couple of months. But talk about Dr. Jackel....beware.
What's up with the damn sewer service bill' $46 dollars per month. That's as much as my cell phone bill. Since when did commodities start catching up with luxuries in price. Several other apartment complexes in the area offer water, trash, pest, and sewer for free. An average bill for all of these at Eagle Ridge will cost you around $80 per month.
