I've lived at Eagle Ridge for a few years now and have seen some ups and downs. There have been times when the (old) staff wasn't very helpful but those times have passed. Overall I've been very pleased with the ER as a home and community. Most of the residents are friendly and the landscaping is top notch. The apartments are a little dated but are being renovated at turnover. Eagle Ridge does have some faults but the good has so far out weighed the bad for me.
