I loved this apartment for the first year I lived here. Yes, it was on the pricey side, but isn't that worth it to live in a safe, well kept community' It would be if this was such a place.

The apartments are old! I pay the same rent for an apartment with stained gray carpet and 1970s appliances that others pay for updated apartments in the same building. When I moved in, I notified the office the windows have black mold in them but no one has ever come to look. Furthermore, the office staff has mucked up my lease and account several times. They have credited my checks to other peoples balance, lost my lease, tried to up my rent mid-lease....the list goes on. And the best part is, they leave letters dated the same day asking for balances (which are wrong) to be paid no later than the previous day. Half the time they are addressed to the wrong tenant!!!!

My neighbors smell, there is never any parking anywhere, and I have yet to have a member of the office staff ever return any of my visits or calls. I have missed a lot of work tracking down property managers who are never hear and then cop an attitude with you when they do finally show up for work. Oh and I pay about $60 for water in my one bedroom apartment. I can assure you there is no way I have ever used that much water.

Amen. I didn't know the black mold was a complex-wide problem. Oh dear. My carpet is crap, too. I still have old appliances and blinds but they will NOT update anything until the apartment is vacant. Whatever.

Black mold or paint overspray?... I've had a little overspray but never mold. This property has some issues (Water,sewer,pest... bill is stupid in my opinion) but I've been happy overall here. The staff has been nothing but helpful to me and the parking is on a per building basis... The 5 sucks for parking. As for the rent payments and lease issues.... BS!Put your apartment # on the check. Sounds to me like you're just pissed about your water bill.
