I would not recommend anyone living here. My heat never worked nor did my dish washer. My front door was hanging off the hinges where they failed to thoroughly put the screws in. There was bugs ALL the time. When they charge you $50 for water, sewer, and pest control. Ha what joke! One lady in office who took up the rent checks LOST my $670 rent check! How ridiculous. Another thing the lights on the property in parking lot some of them don't work and hadn't since I had lived there a whole year. Vaccum for vehicles didn't work whole year as well. Anyone can find a better apt in b-ham beside eagle ridge for a better price too. When I moved out there were many other people moving out too. Guess everyone else caught how bad it was.
