the facilities are nice but the security is so low and so over looked by the staff that crooks "realy" run the place. within the first 6 months of living here my wife and i both had our windows smashed in and over $2,000 stolen from out of our cars..... and the thing that realy botherd me was that it was two seperate times and it happened in the garage. where the staff gave me a false sence of security be telling me that there are security cameras,"which there are, but they are not recording nor is anyone watching them so they are miss leading." they also told me that it is controled access but it seems anyone can get in and that is what happened because within that 6 months there was 12 other robberies within the compound. so in conclution this place is not safe for anything nice.

I think this person has the wrong Eagle Ridge because it is in a very part of town and we have never had any robberies, plus there are no garages and it not gated. I have lived in Eagle ridge for 2 years and never had a problem.

I also agree with the comment that says this person has the wrong place. There are no garages or gates at Eagle Ridge. And I lived there 2 years and never had any problems with safety. Inverness is not really the hotbed of crime in Birmingham, especially not in this complex.
