When I moved into my apartment I loved the area and the neighbors were nice. Then I had problems in my apartment that needed attentioon which went unfixed, such as a leaky faucet, my patio door wouldn't close properly and my front door was warped. I had noisy neighbors move in above me and all management did was send out a letter, no matter how many times I told them, which did not solve the problem. The after hours courtesy officer they tell you to call after regular business hours when you have a problem with a neighbor, he was a joke--he lied and told management he'd returned my phone calls which he never did! When I signed my lease I was told my water bill would be around $50/month. I had a one bedroom apartment, it was just myself and I didn't use that much water, but every month I never paid less than $80...why' Because they divide the water bill for the entire building between the residents, which isn't fair, I have an energy efficient washing machine which uses only half the water of a regular machine. I have seen several office managers come and go, and Michelle who was in there when I left, she wasn't helpful one bit...I felt like she was just blowing me off to get me out of the office. And if you have an apartment with neighbors above you, you WILL hear them, and at times, they were so loud they sounded like they were going to fall right through my ceiling!! For the price I paid, Eagle Ridge was not worth it and I was so glad to move!! The apartments are old, mine needed new carpetting when I'd moved in and they promised I'd get but never received, I didn't feel safe parking my vehicle in the parking lot because of reports I'd heard from neighbors...don't believe in Eagle Ridge, you'll regret it!!!!
