I do not live in these but I used to work for a pizza delivery company and I have been robbed there and so has 2 other drivers. Parking sucks, constant noise, the apts look like they are in the ghetto. I have heard gun fire numerous times there are drug deals that go on in front of you, teenagers and young 20-30 something kids hanging outside at all hours (there is suspose to be a curfew). I wouldnt recommend these to anyone. I cant say anything about the management because the only time I had to deal with them was when I was robbed @ gunpoint by one of there tennants and they were really friendly then.
