Springlake was bought by new owners in late 2005. They have actually taken over and done AMAZING renovations! All the apartments have hardwood floors, new kitchens, and new exteriors too! They painted and replaced all the things that the old company had allowed to go to the dumps. The office staff actually screens applicants with credit checks and criminal background checks. If you ever had a bad experience here, come back now, you will not recognize it. The office staff is professional and caring, the overall atmosphere has changed dramatically. I will continue to renew my lease as long as the current management has control over it.
