Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I have lived at Emerald Parc for 3 years, and FINALLY good things are happening. It is more safe, the staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests get done in a very timely manner. I cannot think of a bad thing to say about the community now that it is turning around. I would definetly recommend this community to others.
