I have been living here for the past year. The new secretary that works in the office has a bad attitude. She used to date one of the residents that lives there. She tried to date a former married maintenance guys who was there but later abrubtly left because he was afraid of getting involved in a sexual harrassment suit. She was always talking negatively about the property manager. she abrubtly broke it off with my friend who also lives at emerald parc. I live over by the playground and her children are always loud and causing a disturbance. the police have been out because of her kids. The manager is polite, but firm in his decision making. The police are riding through the property a great deal which is somewhat reassuring.
