I have lived here for the last 9 months and I have to say Emerald Parc is a great place to live. The new management that took over in June has been very responsive to my needs and maintenance has always tended to my work orders. The office staff is very polite and understanding and when i call for maintenance to come to my apartment, they will fix things that I didnt even know was wrong. Overall a great place to live with the hardwood floors and the newer modern light fixtures. They went through all the buildings and fixed the light fixtures that were not working.
