I worked for Ruffner and its the worst place to work and stay. when they want to get an apartment ready they don't care if its clean or not all they want is your money! Its the getto and so many people has been robbed there and they sell drugs. So don't movein those apartments its the worst place you can be. And the new property manager her name is Sharlin she is the worst don't deal with her! LOL
