I enjoyed leasing here, until the mold issue. I have never had an allergy in my life, but after a few weeks of rain and humidity, I experienced severe allergic reaction symptoms (only in the apartment). After speaking with several other tenants, I was made aware that mold was a serious issue in this complex. I placed mold testing devices through out the apartment, and you would be surprised by the abundance of mold that accumulated in only two days. I made the leasing office aware of the mold situation and they did NOTHING to remedy. Because of the toxic environment, I was unable to stay in the apartment for two weeks prior to them releasing me from my contract. If you stay here, PLEASE buy a home mold test ($10)and visit a doctor to be checked out; and if you're considering moving here, please look beyond the outward appearances, and have your apartment checked prior to moving.
