I lived there for two years--and it has gone steadily down hill. Vicki is nice--but you can forget trying to get anything done in your apartment if you have a problem. And know that it is next to impossible to get your full deposit back--no matter what! Management is horrible and unwilling to work with the nicest of people--they will not return your e-mails or phone calls till 4-6 days later. It is a great location--though a bit hard trying to get out in the morning rush, but there are plenty of other complexes around--make sure to look at those first!!!

Vicki is no longer the property manager.The majority of our service call requests are completed within 24 hours. Also, we have 24 hour emengency service.As for the deposit, if an apartment is left in good condition and cleaned in accordance with lease documents, 100% of deposit is refundable. All e-mails and phone calls are responded to in a very timely manner.

absolutely not! i once called 4 times in one day, during bussiness hours, and no calls were returned- EVER. maybe you should check your new property manager.
