YEAH.. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE RUDE. THEY ARE REALLY PICKY ABOUT WHERE YOU PUT YOUR THINGS OUTSIDE OF YOUR APARTMENT. THEY'RE RENOVATING THE BUILDINGS AND POOL AND ARE GOOD WITH MAINTAINING YOUR AFARTMENT. PARKING IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM.

The lease we use with our tenants spells out the terms of our agreement and was basically mandated by the State Legislature in 2006. Garbage is not to be left in the breezeway by their door, clothes and towels can't be hung off of patio or deck rails. Of course there are several other examples all of which are designed to present a neat appearance to property. All we want to do is provide a nice place for people to live. When people are told that some action they are doing or have done is in violaton of their lease, they often constued this as being rude; however, we are merely trying to enforce our lease and keep the property in a presentable condition.
