WHAT A SHAMBLE...NO PARKING...LIKE THEY PROMISED I COULD PARK IN THE LOT NEXT DOOR,,,,YELLOW STICKERS ON MY CAR EVERYDAY,,,EVEN PUT ON THE WINDSHIELD IN FRONT SO I COULD NOT SEE TO DRIVE.LOBBY IS FILTHY EVERYDAY...NO WATER PRESSURE...MOST OF THE RESIDENT ARE DERILICKS, I AM A PROFESSIONAL AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS A GREAT BUILDING...BUMS IN THE PARKING LOT BEGGING FOR MONEY...ELEVATORS LOOK LIKE A WAR ZONE...THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE COFFEE BAR DOWNSTAIRS,,,THEY NEED TO CLEAN THE LOBBY AND THE HALLS ON A DAILY BASIS...AND THE WORSE THING OLD PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS IN THE LOBBY DROOLING ON THEMSELVES,,,NASTY NASTY NASTY

1/15/2007 Many changes have happened since 11/2003. New staff new ownership. Coffee shop CLOSED!! Maintainence is the best that you could find at any apartment. He believes in repairing not patching. Beautifule building. Great friendly neighbors.
