Ok, so i've lived here a couple months now, and I've enjoyed every minute of it. The location is great, the staff is great, friendly, and very competent. Parking COULD be better, but it's manageable - especially for the location. There are just window units for A/C but they cool things off really well. The outside looks a bit shadey, but once you go in things are great. And the other residents are very friendly, and relatively diverse for any other place I've ever been in.

Shady? I lived in that neighbor for more than 10 years. Never thought it to be shady.
