I lived there for just a few months as I was only in Birmingham on an interim basis. It was an outstanding place to live for a short period of time. The staff members were kind and attentive.

Be aware, however, that there is no dishwasher or disposal. That was fine with me, as I wasn't planning on staying long term. Also, if you don't get a premium parking spot, the walk to your car can be a bit longer than average.

The location is optimal if you are planning on working downtown. It is a safe neighborhood and you don't have to worry about rush hour as you are already downtown.
