Could be so, so much more

This place has such a great location, it could be so much more! Instead they change the management literally every 3-6 months, and you get to watch the place slowly rot away. When I first got there everything was pretty decent and management was top drawer, by the time I left they had gone through two cycles of management and we literally had a mental patient walking around talking loudly in the hallways at all times of the day and night.
As other posters have mentioned, waaay too expensive for what you get, the kitchenettes are ridiculous. Get used to eating out, because you definitely won't have enough room to cook or store food in those awful fridges.
The air conditioner worked all right, and the view was absolutely fantastic. Also the showers were amazingly great, hot water all the time and ridiculously good water pressure.
This apartment could be such a terrific place to live and work. Instead, the company that owns it is just letting it waste away.
Don't be fooled by the exterior, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
In fact, I think its the worst apartment I've ever been in.
