I loved living there. The apartments have been recently remodeled from new cabinets, appliances, to sinks and light fixtures. The apts. are full of charm. Of course the building is old, and there are sometimes kinks like the windows let in cold air and it leaked during the hurricane (but whose place didn't'). I loved the area...walk to the parks, Rojo, Southside or even Lakeview. Parking was a problem maybe once a month...usually there was a place to park in the back. I loved it and so will you! I only moved out b/c I moved out of town.
