I have lived here 7 months in a spacious and affordable studio apartment. Adequate room for what I needed at the time. Parking is the biggest problem. Most windows don't work. A/C is by very old window units. Heat is by wall mounted space heaters (no thermostat). The last management staff was great, the new staff lacks luster.
