Built between 1910 and 1920, this apartment complex has a history. Hardwood floors, old-style floorplan, but newly renovated.
Pros: Great location in the Highlands area, great community, safe, clean, cheap, historic, quiet.
Cons: Hot water not always immediately available, sometimes not available at all. A/C window unit, gas space heater, (no air circulation). Drains have a tendency to clog. Meager parking. Internet options are slim, either Bellsouth or Brighthouse (and Brighthouse has yet to fix my connection after 5 months!)
