What a nightmare and a slum

The office staff appears to be highly inadequate and ignorant at best. They continually send out flyers asking people to report their neighbors if they do anything out of order, which is really in poor taste, since most of the tenants themselves actually seem to want to have community comradie. The roof leaks and the ceilings fall in. They have only three washers and dryers downstairs which is not enough for the entire building. Not to mention, they provide no means to get quarters for the rather expensive washers and dryers. The noise from outside is very loud. The downstairs tenants can't sleep because of the door slamming which the staff refuses to fix. Every step in the hallway is audible as they are wooden floors with no rugs or carpets. Parking is impossible and all they do is send nasty flyers to everybody telling them not to park in the back alley. When that is actually the only place at times one can find parking.
