Ever since the management changed hands it has gone to hell in a hand basket! The staff goes back on their word and the maintance is very unreliable. I was without power for 4 days over a long weekend because the fuse blew and they lock the door to where no one can get in to change the fuses but the unreliable maintance people. The staff here have no heart or soul and will never admit when they have screwed up. The ceiling leaks in most apartment and the flooring will fall through. The noise is a constant problem here as well.
Honestly, there are many other places around Highland that you should live.
Take my word for it, or stop by the apartments and simply talk to the people who live there, the will tell you to run in the opposite direction of this crappy apartment building and the slumloards who run it!
