Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Stay away. Your car will get jacked, your apartment will get jacked, large limbs from dying trees will fall on your car/your loved ones, and all the managers will have for you is a shrug. The people who live there--all 3 of them---are great, but you can only kind of hope they eventually end their tour of duty and move somewhere better.
