The management was and still is appallingly unconcerned after a recent spate of car and apartment break-ins. It turns out that thefts at this property have been happening for years now. I'm not sure why, after all these incidents, the management won't install cameras or better locks. Oh, and if you have maintenance needs, your patience will be tested...and tested.
Studios are $500-600 here. One bedrooms--$600-700. There are bigger, nicer, safer apartments nearby in this same price range. Do yourself a favor and don't get sucked into this place.
