The Most Unique Building w/in Blocks!

My experience here has been great! Parking isnt the greatest but it has the best option to park in the area. NO MORE PARKING ON THE STREET! VERY HARD TO FIND DOWNTOWN.
The apartments were updated right before I moved in and look very very nice for the area and it's the jazziest looking building within blocks!
Crown molding, nickel fixtures, new appliances and WOW the Views and accessibility to the city, GREAT!
If you are looking to simplify yourself by living downtown but still have a very nice apartment, chose this apartment to live in.
It's good for the money and the management, couldnt ask for any better!
Lease at Southhill if you want good service and location!
