Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
i was at 1st a little wear of moving to Southside, but after my move I have been settled and happy. My apartment is a little but newer than most of my friends in Southside. I have central heat and air :) YAY!!!! and Washer/dryer connections. I looked for 2 weeks for w/d connections. Anywho, great place, good lighting, parking is GREAT and most of the residents here are hard working and quiet! Thank goodness
