Aspen Run has bad management and apartments are known for flooding.
They do not spray insectacides so bugs and roaches run rampid.

I haven't lived in that place in 4 years and I can't even stand to drive past that -----hole. Since I've purchased a home and I tell everyone I know to avoid that ghetto at all cost. Aspen Run or whatever you want to call yourselves, is probably the biggest -----hole in Birmingham, and that entire complex does not deserve to be in the Homewood area. Management looks more like a work release program for felons! The laundry room is a joke. The pools look like landfill. The flooding is unbearable, and when my apartment flooded and you -------s made me pay to break my lease, the only reason I didn't set fire to that ---- hole is because I didn't want you ------- collecting insurance from it. You are a sorry miserable piece of ---- and so is your complex! I hope you all rot in hell.
