Company reputations are often determined by the operational staff that people have contact with day-in and day-out and their reponse to issues or requests. Our experience with Aspen Run is that they have: no level of professionalism, a non-responsive staff, no organization skills, no follow-through on commitments and they do not appear to hold to any type of value or mission statement.

For 6 months, we complained of a "bug infestation" problem and had no response. Only when we threatened to bring them each and every bug/roach we caught to the office, did we receive any type of immediate action.

When the management was transferred to a new "person/company", we were given the impression things would change. They did, for the worse. Now, there is no one in the office during the posted office hours, the doors may be locked for "staff meetings" during the posted office hours, we receive multiple, and I mean multiple, "You are in Default of the terms of your lease" statements when in fact we have paid all of our obligations, usually well in advance. Their recordkeeping is horrific and their operational efficiences are evident to even the most casual observer. There is no commitment by maintance staff nor have we found there to be any accountability for a job well done or even if the job was done.

Needless to say, the location is convenient. While the apartment is not the Taj Mahal it would be sufficient when you are in between homes or are in school if it were not for the management and operations staff. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone!!!!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
