Flooding

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Throughout the time my fiance and his roommate lived at Aspen Run they had their apartment flooded not once but at least 3 times from the apartment upstairs. The last time was the worst. It happened about a month before they were scheduled to move out and I guess the people did not care because nothing was ever done about it. The paint was literally peeling off the walls and the apartment was moldy by the time we moved him and his roommate out. The other two times the both bathrooms were flooded and the master bedroom was flooded. Talk about water damage.
Stealing is also another big issue at the apartments. There are shady people around there and I refused to go over there at night. My fiance had his bicycle stolen right off of his porch. The porches mind you are pretty high so someone was pretty desperate to steal it I guess. The buidings are also pretty old. The airconditioner leaked and the kitchen appliances never worked correctly. It took maintenence six months to fix their oven! I think that is pretty ridiculous. For 585.00 a month you could do a lot better.
