I previously lived at Aspen Ridge for 1 year and 7 months. I really did not have any problems, until they decided to charge water. Every month it would change how they wanted the residents to pay the water. They did not know if they wanted it paid with rent or separately.
But now, I stay at Aspen Run. I've been there about 2 months. And it's HELL!!!! The office people are unprofessional, "street", and has no customer service skills what so ever. And the "regional manager" is worse than the staff. Her attitude is always on and she needs to take some type of management skills class.
It took maintenance 3 days to bring another refrigerator, when the old one I had stopped working. My toilet has been leaking around the base since I moved in. It has been reported, but no one has yet to show.
At the time of move in, there were only 2 weeks left in the month. At the time, the leasing agent stated not to worry about it due to not being to clean the large red stains out of my livingroom and bedroom carpet. It was some type of compensation. But now, because I want to break my lease due to maintenance and the unprofessional office staff, they are trying to make me pay it back stating it was a concession.
Please do not move to this complex. But if you do, get everything in writing and keep names.
