I moved into the apartments and to my surprise the maint. was not what I was told it would be. From the beginnig I reported that I was having problems with my door. I reported this to the Maint. three times of the three only once did they come to fix the issue. My security bar was never fixed and was broken off from the henges. My apartment was broken into. They kicked the door in and got away with all of my hard earned things. When I told the manager about it which is also the regional manager she told me that they are not responsible for my saftey and that she would give me the figures from my past concessions and I could make my choice from there. Never did she offer any type of sympathy from what had happened on the property that she is managing. When I checked around to see if any of my neighbors had saw anything I found out that another neighbor had been broken into the friday before mine which was broken into on a monday three days later. Then anthor neighbor told me that my house was broken into with the residents who had lived there before me. Something has to be done about the saftey at these apartments they are set up to keep you there in unsafe environment or to make you pay thousands of dollars before you can leave. Something must be done that will go past the manager. Would you like to know that if you move into these apartments and something happen to your things that there is nothing that anyone can do for you. This is what will happen if you move into Aspen Run or Trail because they are owned by the same people
