The worst place ever. The noise is unbearable, people act like they were raised in farms, and the roaches........oh my god the roaches, its like a roach farm. The heating/cooling units suck ass. And my dog has more sense than the people in the front office. And the sad is i have only been here for 3 months. Oh yeah, and the parking lots smell like piss and ass all the time. And dont open the windows because if youre not careful u will fall through b/c there are no screens. Everytime i turn my dryer on, something clicks in the circuit breaker and the power goes out, one day this piece of ---- is going to burn down. My advice, dont even THINK about moving here. Im afraid ill get some kind of infectious disease just from the parking lot. Feels like i am living in mexico.

ok first of all... u have roaches coz ur apt is nasty... that has nothing to do with the management. they recently split the properties back up, and they have a new manager... u should go to the office of aspen run and meet the new people and treat them with some respect... they r humans too. and maybe they will treat u with some!!!!!!!
