I've lived in Aspen Run for about two years, but I started of in Aspen Trail two years before hand. The section that I was staying in in Aspen Trail got afire. First, the office would not give me any information on the fire. When I finally got someone to answer me, they gave me the run around. After sitting in the rent office for six hours or more, I was approached by management. They told me not leave until I get an incident card from the police. While I never got a card. I did even get another apartment until 9pm the next day. To make a long story short, we didn't receive and assistance for the management team. The only assistance that we received was from Red Cross. All other donations were kept by management or they were giving the donations to whom they wanted to. They moved us to Aspen Run, but before this, they tried to move us into not one but two roach invested apartment. Now that I'm in Aspen Run its not any better. They put late notices on your do and it don't even be your name or your apartment number. They take their time fixing anything. This set of apartments are roach and rat invested also. I've been through three sets of management while living here and this is it for me and my family. I not going to renew my lease. I just pray that I find something else in time. I don't recommend this complex to my worst enemy. The managment team is, how can I say this, act like we are doing them a favore by living here. The rent prices are outragous as well. If you don't ever listen to what a stranger says, listen to this and don't move into this complex. This goes for all of the Aspens.
