This is the biggest bunch of crooks I've ever dealt with. I moved in in 2001 and it wasn't bad then. Maintence came around often and Pest control came around once a week. Then management changed and it went competly downhill. My apartment became infested with roaches and spiders. I had a leak in the ceiling. I called and they never came. Finally part of the ceiling fell in from where it was leaking. Once again I called and nothing happened. They put a note on the door saying they were going to do inspections so I thought they would see the damage when they inspected the apartment but again nothing. I finally moved out at the end of my lease. When I moved in my lease said a thirty day notice, so I gave them one and moved out. 2 months later I get a bill from a collection agency for $900. I paid only because I didn't want to deal with these Aholes any more and it didn't look like they were going to let up.
This place is also not very safe or secure. The police are being called there constantly and break ins are common. Three apartments in my complex were broken into with in a couple of months.
If this review can save one person from having to deal with the agony of this place it was worth writing.
