You know something is wrong when no one will recommend these apartments. Let me start with the roaches and gnats. You would swear this apartment belongs to them. The roaches look at you like you are invading their space. And we can't forget about the killer waltz. I'm afraid to go out on the balcony because I might be attacked by the waltz (by the way my boyfriend was). Deliquent notices are a given for the staff. If they could keep a staff then they wouldn't be so confused about what's going on. You'll receive a deliquent notice 3 days after your check has cleared the bank. When you talk to the staff they'll tell you it was a mistake and disregard the notice. You mean to tell me that you can mistakenly leave a late notice on my door but you can't come fix ----in my apartment. You are f@#$!%g kidding me. DO NOT under any circumstances move to this s#!$!!! I understand it might be for a good price, but you can be staying in the projects and get more respect from the damn insects. At least the roaches will run when you cut on the lights, not here. They look at you and continue doing what they were doing. Thhe contracted bug guy will tell you that there is nothing to spary for the gnats (so tell me the purpose in his visit then). PLEASE do yourself a favor and run from this $#!@. RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!

Sister....Gnats come from TRASH! It's time for you to clean love! If you are having that much trouble then why don't you move, and why did you sign a lease? Grow-Up....It sounds like you just had a bad run-in with management and you need to vent your problems.

Give me a break Mary! We all know you work in the office there and talk about unprofessional, look at how you have answered these questions. If you would look at the year date on some of these you would realize the comments were probablly not even about you but i have always heard if the shoe fits! You know that place needs some help but hopefully the new manager will turn things around, only time will tell.

Let me first respond that my comments are regarding my stay at Aspen Run. I am not not nasty by any means & trash was taken out daily. "maryAtrun" you must not live in or near the 1300 building or have high expectations. Either way you have no idea what my stay was like. "barbcu" clearly if you stay or have stayed at Aspen Run you were on a limited income so I could not just up & move before my lease was up. And what kind of dumb ass question is why did you sign the lease? Clearly the lease was signed when I began to have these issues. I have no reason to lie or front on my situation, I have since moved on & up. Sorry to disappoint. Oh and as far as the gnats they came in time the door was opened & ------- multiplied. And responders why are we getting defensive about the comments? Could it be true?
