Never had a problem with parking, and very little problem with noise. They have a security staff that will ask that one lower their volume upon receiving complaints. I've actually been asked to keep it down and will not hesitate to use this service if needed. However, it hasn't been needed yet. I do keep the AC (or heating) running all the time which cuts out noise. There is actually a train nearby that I barely hear when I'm not listening to anything. The result is things seem very quiet in comparison to other places I've stayed. I hear low hums of whatever sound producing systems from time to time but nothing big.
I have an insect problem that I would describe as a little worse that average- not bad enough to complain about. I haven't seen a bug in a week and I'm messy so...
Price is good, everything's included- makes it easy for an irresponsible young adult to avoid financial trouble.
Now for the perks. They have a nice weight room with good machines, free weights and tread mills (the kind with screens). There is a tennis court and two small pools for kids so don't expect to swim laps. They also have an internet cafe. Both the weight room and cafe have to be visited during office hours from 9am (or 10am) to 5pm. However, the internet cafe is not a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There must be some sort of break room across the hall where people talk very loudly and it completely kills the desire to frequent the cafe. Such is life!
The laundry room is not that great. You have to use a card and not all machines work. However, my laundry never goes undone.
I haven't had much experience with needing things fixed. I've had a shelf door fixed very quickly.
In summation, this is a good, average, solid place to live.

I haven't lived there in years and can't imagine things getting any better for that place. I would like to think it has, but this "testimony" sounds like an employee of the complex trying to boost their ratings. I tell you what, since this place is so much "better" then how about refunding my $800 you charged me for breaking my lease when my apartment flooded due to faulty plumbing, and the complex could not provide timely repairs nor could they provide me another unit. Just saying, since this place is all of the suddenly so great now.
