I lived at the complex in a one bedroom unit and I have to say it was worth the money. We were promised a security gate true enough and did not get one, but we did have guards at the gate at all times. I came home late at night and I felt very secure. Maintenance always came when I called them, which was not needed very often. I have to say the apartments were pretty well kept. Where else can you find an apartment that includes a full size washer/dryer and include marble countertops and stainless steel appliances for $525'
