To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this anonymous letter to raise a growing concern that has fallen on deaf ears. It is in regards to INVERNESS LANDING apartments. This comes after contacting management 2 times before.
As a 2 year tenant of Inverness Landing, I have brought several issues to light and have not seen any results.
I am enclosing a copy of the rules and regulations regarding Inverness Landing. I abide by this rules, and get frustrated when others do not.
Here are a few of the issues needing resolved.
People hang crap on the balconies such as mops, rugs, clothes, etc. It can be seen from the road as you drive by.
There are several abandoned cars in the parking area of Building 600 (i.e., a red Daihatsu Jeep, a grey Honda Accord coupe). Both of these vehicles have not been driven in over 6 months or long. They are loaded down with clothes, tools, toys, and whatever they can load into them.
People do not abide by the Shelby County fire codes. They grill out on the balcony. I believe this law is 10 feet from the building.
Some people have 5 or more cats in their apartment. I know they did not pay $1500 for a pet deposit.
I could name some more issues, but this are on the top of my list. It has been brought to the managements attention, but nothing has ever been done. These issues are eyesores in my opinion.
The management at Inverness Landing is very weak! They do not enforce the rules. They spent tons of money last year on the renovation and it looks like a trailer park with these rules being violated. My lease is up in October, and Ill be reconsidering my options. Plus Ill be warning other possible tenants about Inverness Landing.
Hopefully, this letter will be received and followed up with a few phone calls or visit.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Resident @
Inverness Landing
