The townhome we stayed in had several pluses. IT WAS HUGE for the price, IT was safe, QUIET, and in pretty good condition for it's AGE. Pool sucked, was dirty a lot. Tennis court lights were out a lot. Trees need major work, they are blocking everything. Falling on your car, MAKES it DARK as can be. Bathrooms were small, as most things were in the 80's when they built it, KITCHEN isn't terribly small, with a mini-eatin nook, and large dining area. Tacky WHITE painted brick by the fireplace really didnt look to "classy" as the most of Inverness seemed. The buildings weren't all to pleasing looking, they were old and wooden. However, if you are looking for a HUGE first floor bedroom, as in the size of two avg. living rooms in an apartment, two med. to large upstairs rooms, a very large den, and adequate kitchen, it's not too bad. It needs updating on fixtures throughout, and some asthetic work, but for the money you can live happily in a Family size home for a temporary time.
