Nice place, great location

I have read a few of the reviews, and it seems that a lot of the complaints stem more from which neighbors they have than of the complex itself. I live there with my fiance and we have very few complaints (one being the rather small kitchen, but considering how large the other rooms are, i guess you have to take the good with the bad). We had a leak in the roof, which revealed itself during hurricane Ivan. We reported it and it was fixed almost immediately. The staff is very friendly, I have even gotten waves and hellos when seeing the staff outside of the complex. The neighbors are friendly and the view (we live right off the lake) is excellent. The biggest thing is not with the complex itself, but its proximity to Hwy. 280. We are convenient to EVERYTHING (which is great) but traffic can be a pain every once in a while. All in all, I would recommend this complex to someone looking for a nice and convenient place to live for a little while. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
