I lived at Inverness Landing for several years. I didnt expect much, but after a while the lack of maintenance, constant parking problem, rude staff and run down property became too much. The apartments are extremely dark due to limited windows. Kitchens are extremely small, no electical outlets, cabinets/counters were in bad shape and then NO ICE MAKER. The truth is it could be a great property with a little time and money put into the property. My apartment was huge, but I couldnt get anything fixed. I'm not talking about a few days ...Im talking about months, sometimes. The office staff was and still is extremely rude. You walk in and feel like you are intruding. When I moved out of my apartment recently I went into the office to turn my keys in and was treated as if I were interrupting their day. The girls actually ignored me for a few minutes and I finally had to ask someone to take my keys and forwarding address. I cant help but wonder if the owners of this property have any idea how these people really treat there residents.
So to answer your question ....No !! I would not suggest living at Inverness Landing. Unless you are extremely broke and need a cheap place to live and dont care how you are going to be treated.
