I've lived at Inverness Landing back in 2004, it was ok, had trouble sleeping at night because of my neighboard uptairs, who will invite his friends over to party constantly with loud music, heavy noise (I swear sometimes sounded like they were wrestling), etc, so finally I had to call the cops one night and that stopped for good. The parking was ok, if you got back from work around 7pm, you were going to find a spot close to your apartment, but if you were to arrive later than that..goodluck finding a spot. Regarding maintance; whenever something need it to be fixed, it if was really simple they will send someone right away to take care of it, if it was something a bit complicated it would take a bit more time for them to show up..There was only one thing I wasnt too happy about though, and that was the constant heavy leak coming from the A/C unit. I called the office several times asking for maintance to come, but no one came nor called me back, so I eventually got it fixed myself, since the carpet and walls were getting really wet. Now lets talk about the exterminator guy, well let me say I had no ants before he came, Im a neat freak, but whenever he was there I would find his card, some gooey stuff in my furniture, carpet, cabinets and LOTS of ants all over the place Yes, it was a pain, everytime this happened I had to spray them and the nightmare was over. I can't tell you anything about the pool area because I never used it. But, I can tell you about the laundry mats, no problem there, they have two different ones you can use and you dont need cash, they give you a card with cash points to use everytime you wash and dry. Ultimately the staff, they were really polite, nice and efficient, with the exception of one guy, who I won't mention, but overall Inverness Landing was a nice place to live in.
