Great Little Apartment For The Money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I moved into Inverness Landing about two years ago (just signed my lease for a third year's stay). I love how quiet it is (even though I live on the Valleydale Road side and the highway can be quite noisy). My neighbors are all very friendly. Some nights parking can be kind of dicey, but for the most part, I always have a space. The only draw back is the fact that the one bedroom units do not have washer/dryer connections. Otherwise, I'm completely happy with my home. The management staff is wonderful. I have stayed in Engel Management properties once before in hoover and I loved it then, and I'm still lovin' it now in Inverness. I've stayed in someother apartments in the Inverness area, and HATED the management. My boyfriend is in one of those horrible Inverness area apartments, and I can't wait for him to move next month. You won't meet a nicer, more friendly staff than the folks in the office (and the grounds/maintenance folks) here. Have a problem in your apartment (which is rare), no problem, someone will be right up to take care of it. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking to stay in the Inverness Area.
