I have lived at Kenley since July 2002. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I will resign another lease here. First of all, I do not work for Kenley, before anyone thinks that I do. OK, you want me to rate this apartment. I agree the new staff is a bunch of idiots. They made a huge mistake when they hired Dori, Marcie, and Kristin. They do not know how to run this place, that is why they are losing a lot of tenants. The maintenance staff is a completely different situation. They have always been very prompt and I have always been satisfied. Great maintenance!
Well, other than the rudeness of the staff, don't worry about anything. Hey, the staff doesn't live with you. Well, this is Alabama and we have a beautiful lake here. When you combine the outdoors and a lake, you are going to have wildlife. This includes insects. All of you are to picky who complain about the insects.
I would like to say another thing, whoever you are who are complaining about the price, why rent here anyway' If you want something cheaper, go somewhere else. Simple as that. Well, I would recommend Kenley to anyone. It is a great gated community and convenient to everything on 280.
So, if you are thinking about Kenley, just go experience it for yourself.
