A living nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Kenley apartments is most definitely the worst place I have ever lived. I'm not speaking in reference to the wonderful landscape and buildings, I'm referring to the office staff...or lack thereof. When you walk into the office they ignore you purposely for at least five minutes. They act as if your problem is the biggest inconvenience to them as well. As for tenants wishing to seek a lease renewall and receive benefits or any type of advertising from them, go ahead and forget about it. They could care less. Then when you tell them you are going to leave they simply ask "Why so'" as if they really could care less. And you wonder why the complex is so empty' Maybe because the office is empty...empty of people wishing to help and sell this beautiful complex. I guess the people really hurt in this matter are the ones who do the right things (i.e. paying rent on time). So think twice before you sign with Kenley and it's wonderful staff (yeah right).
