Recently moved into Kenley. Had a desperate situation for my wife had to move in before i left back for los angeles and had all the stuff lying in the car. The process was supposed to be spread over 2 days somehow (background checks etc.). But Kristin helped by coming in an hour early on sunday and letting us move in before i left monday morning.. So i would consider that pretty helpful. Also got a special on 1 bdrom for 550 which i think is great for this complex. It is beautiful and feel-good place to come back to in the evening. The apartment seemed pretty new at move-in although the closet walls were nailed-in that gave away the truth that it had been stayed in before. So far its been great going.
