Kenley apartments looks great on the outside and on initial look they are pretty on the inside - but a lot of the features are cheaply made - from the sink stoppers that are all scratched up to the carpet that wrinkled within a year after it was layed down - to grease or mold that seeps up from below the carpet & tar the seeps up between the linolium tiles. The apartments are cheaply constructed. Upstairs neighbors flushing toilets sends a waterfall sound down your wall, neighbors walking through the breezeways between apartments sound like a heard of cattle because of the wooden planks.

Also, in the past, maintenance has left a lot to be desired... There was a pipe break in the apartment above mine, maintenance entered my apartment to clean up - left it a mess and never attempted to contact me or even leave me a note as to what had happened.

My assessment is that Kenley is over-priced and quality and service does not meet expectations.
